	This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $262,035 in fiscal year 2011-12 to the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education for the cost associated with reimbursing Grand Isle School Department, Madawaska School Department, School Administrative District No. 32 and School Administrative District No. 33 for the amount of state subsidy that was reduced  in fiscal year 2011-12 for failing to comply with the laws governing school administrative unit reorganization.
