requiring the Department of Health and Human Services to amend its
reimbursement rules for residential care facilities to increase the threshold
for prior approval of capital construction projects from $35,000 to $350,000
would result in an increase in such projects and as a result, an increase in
General Fund reimbursement costs. The exact amount by fiscal year can not be
estimated at this time. |
