	This legislation requires the Department of Conservation to acquire a right of way along the Lower Enchanted Road to allow access to the Dead River.  The actual purchase price would not be known until an appraisal was completed, however, the Department has stated the price could be $1,050,000 or higher.  To the extent that adequate funding does not exist within the Public Reserved Lands Management Fund, the Department would need a General Fund appropriation to cover acquisition costs.
