Fiscal Detail and Notes
	There is a potential for increased costs to the MaineCare program as a result of the increases to certificate of need thresholds in Parts A and B of the bill. This impact cannot be determined definitively at this time. Additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to amend its rules and to convene a stakeholder group are assumed to be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  Also assumes additional certificate of need program application revenue from the likely increase in the number of project applications.
