	May decrease the number of civil suits and civil violations. Any reduction in fines and filing fees will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill repeals the Informed Growth Act and consequently relieves municipalities of the requirement to prepare comprehensive economic impact studies, to review related applications, to conduct public hearings on impact studies for large scale retail developments and issue permits.  Repealing the Informed Growth Act also removes certain administrative burdens on the State Planning Office (SPO), which has acted as a conduit for funds to municipalities under the Informed Growth Act by transferring to municipalities a $40,000 fee required by law to be charged to all permit applicants for processing of their applications for large scale retail development permits.  Removing these administrative burdens from SPO will result in minor savings to the General Fund.
