| This legislation requires the Department of Secretary of State to make available online annually a report detailing collision rates within 12 months of licensure for all students and for minor students of each approved driver education course. The department will require a Highway Fund allocation of $121,971 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $124,340 in fiscal year 2012-13 for 2 Office Associate I positions, programming and related costs to collect and enter this information. | ||||||
