Amend the amendment by inserting after the title and before the first paragraph the following:
Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 2-A by striking out all of paragraph D (page 2, lines 3 and 4 in L.D.) and inserting the following:

This amendment removes the provision in the bill that repeals the provision in current law that allows regional school calendars to have provisions for waivers of the number of dissimilar days for extenuating circumstances.
