Amend the amendment by inserting after Part HH the following:
PART II
‘Sec. II-1. Commissioner of Health and Human Services to issue letter of approval of capital project. The Commissioner of Health and Human Services shall issue a letter of approval of a capital project for the replacement of the facility known as Limestone Manor in Limestone no later than October 1, 2012.
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
