An Act To Include Teachers in the State Employee Health Insurance Program
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §285, sub-§1, ¶F-9 is enacted to read:
F-9. Any teacher as defined in section 17001, subsection 42;
SUMMARY
This bill includes teachers under the state group health plan.
