An Act To Require the Maine Turnpike Authority To Promote Maine Products and Businesses
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §1984 is enacted to read:
§ 1984. Promotion of Maine products and businesses
The authority shall promote and accommodate Maine products and businesses at rest areas owned or operated by the authority. The authority shall confer with and receive approval from the Department of Economic and Community Development before contracting for the products and businesses at the rest areas.
