Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Repeal the Law Relating to Concealed Firearms Locked in Vehicles’
Amend the bill by striking out all of the emergency preamble.
Amend the bill by striking out all of section 1 and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §600, as enacted by PL 2011, c. 393, §1, is repealed.
Amend the bill by striking out all of the emergency clause.

This amendment is the minority report. It removes the emergency preamble and clause and repeals the law that prohibits an employer from preventing an employee with a valid permit to carry a concealed firearm from keeping a firearm in the employee's locked vehicle.
