Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C by striking out all of paragraph C (page 6, lines 9 and 10 in amendment)

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C in paragraph D in the last line (page 6, line 15 in amendment) by striking out the following: " 2013." and inserting the following: ' 2013; and'

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C by inserting after paragraph D the following:

E Two percent of net table game income must be forwarded directly to a federally recognized Indian tribe in the State licensed to conduct high-stakes beano on January 1, 2010.

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C by relettering the paragraphs to read consecutively.

This amendment provides that 2% of net table game income must be forwarded directly to a federally recognized Indian tribe in the State licensed to conduct high-stakes beano on January 1, 2010. It removes the requirement that 2% of net table game income be forwarded directly to the municipality in which the table games are located.
