Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C in paragraph C in the first line (page 6, line 9 in amendment) by striking out the following: " Two" and inserting the following: ' One'

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C in paragraph C in the last line (page 6, line 10 in amendment) by striking out the following: " and"

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C in paragraph D in the last line (page 6, line 15 in amendment) by striking out the following: " 2013." and inserting the following: ' 2013; and'

Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C by inserting after paragraph D the following:

E Two percent of net table game income must be forwarded directly to a federally recognized Indian tribe in the State licensed to conduct high-stakes beano on January 1, 2010.

This amendment provides that 2% of net table game income must be forwarded directly to a federally recognized Indian tribe in the State licensed to conduct high-stakes beano on January 1, 2010. It reduces the net table game income that must be deposited to the General Fund for administrative expenses of the Department of Public Safety, Gambling Control Board from 9% to 8% and reduces the net table game income that must be forwarded directly to the municipality in which the table games are located from 2% to 1%.
