Resolve, To Create Equitable Reimbursement for Mental Health Providers

Sec. 1. Rulemaking. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rules under the MaineCare program by January 1, 2012 to increase reimbursement for social workers and other licensed mental health professionals and caseworkers from $55 per hour to $70 per hour. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
