Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funding to support weekly van delivery service to help defray the cost of sending and returning items through interlibrary loan to public libraries across the State.
