Resolve, To Require the Department of Transportation To Improve a Portion of U.S. Route 1

Sec. 1. Department of Transportation to improve section of U.S. Route 1. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall make improvements to the portion of U.S. Route 1 from the town line between the Town of Madawaska and the Town of Frenchville to the area in the Town of Van Buren known as Turkey Curve, close to the Town of Grand Isle. The improvements must consist of reconstruction and repaving of the road.

SUMMARY

This resolve directs the Department of Transportation to make improvements to the portion of U.S. Route 1 from the town line between the Town of Madawaksa and the Town of Frenchville to the area of the Town of Van Buren known as Turkey Curve.
