An Act To Clarify the Taxing of Property of Quasi-municipal Organizations
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §651, sub-§1, ¶D is amended to read:
D. The property of any public municipal corporation or quasi-municipal corporation of this State appropriated to public uses , if located within the corporate limits and confines of such public municipal corporation.
Sec. 2. 36 MRSA §651, sub-§1, ¶E is repealed.
Sec. 3. 36 MRSA §651, sub-§1, ¶F is repealed.
Sec. 4. 36 MRSA §651, sub-§1, ¶G, as enacted by PL 1967, c. 115, is repealed.
