Resolve, To Implement Certain Recommendations of the Governor's Task Force on Expanding Access to Oral Health Care for Maine People

Sec. 1. Rules. Resolved: That, by December 31, 2011, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rules to update MaineCare dental reimbursement rates for 20 preventive, diagnostic and restorative dental procedures in accordance with the recommendation of the 2008 Report of the Governor's Task Force on Expanding Access to Oral Health Care for Maine People.
