Resolve, Directing the Department of Marine Resources To Extend the Carrier Vessel Size Limit in the Menhaden Pilot Program

Sec. 1. Menhaden pilot program vessel size. Resolved: That the Department of Marine Resources shall amend its rules for the menhaden pilot program regarding the limitation on the carrier vessel size to change the maximum carrier vessel size from 90 feet to 120 feet. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
