‘Sec. 2. Effective date. This Act takes effect May 1, 2012.’

Amend the bill by striking out all of the emergency preamble (page 1, lines 1 to 8 in L.D.)
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 5 by striking out all of the last 3 lines (page 1, lines 21 to 23 in L.D.)
Amend the bill by striking out all of the emergency clause (page 1, lines 24 and 25 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 2. Effective date. This Act takes effect May 1, 2012.’
SUMMARY
This amendment removes the emergency preamble and emergency clause and the proposed distribution of the registration fees. It makes the Act effective May 1, 2012.
