Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Designate the Whoopie Pie as the State Treat’
Amend the bill by striking out all of section 1 and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 1 MRSA §225 is enacted to read:
§ 225. State treat
The whoopie pie, a baked good made of 2 cakes with a creamy frosting between them, is the official state treat.’
