Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation extends the reduction in annual high-stakes beano license fees to fiscal years 2009-10 and 2010-11 and would result in a decrease in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Public Safety of $25,000 in both years.  The bill includes a deallocation to the Department of Public Safety of $25,000 in fiscal years 2009-10 and 2010-11 to reflect the license fee decrease.
	Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with reporting on the enforcement and administrative functions associated with high-stakes beano can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
