Establishes new civil violations.
The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
Establishing a lobster processor license is expected to result in an increase in General Fund revenue of  $2,364 in fiscal year 2010-11 and beyond.  This increase assumes four lobster processor licenses issued per year at $750 each.  It also assumes four fewer lobster meat permits issued as a result of the new license.
