Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment replaces the ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Department of Environmental Protection of $2,500,000 with a one-time allocation of $250,000 and adds an allocation to the Federal Expenditures Fund of $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the residential wood stove replacement program.
