Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment will reduce the proposed increase in the Department of Environmental Protection's processing and certification fees related to asbestos abatement by the amounts shown above.  As amended, it is anticipated that the new fee structure effective September 1, 2009 will increase Other Special Revenue Funds revenue by $75,000 in FY 2009-10 and $100,000 in subsequent years.
