Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill establishes the Obesity and Chronic Disease Fund within the Department of Education and includes Other Special Revenue Funds base allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 in the event that funds are received to fund new physcial education program expenses and related administrative costs of the Department of Education.
	Additional costs to the Department of Education to conduct the required assessment and submit the required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
