	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $3,670 in fiscal year 2009-10.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $20,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 for legislative studies.  Whether this amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Public Utilities Commission, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of the Attorney General can absorb the minor additional costs of serving on the commission within existing budgeted resources.
