| The additional costs to develop common protocols for the use and administration of controlled substances can be absorbed by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Board of Licensure in Medicine, the State Board of Nursing, the Board of Osteopathic Licensure, the State Board of Veterinary Medicine, the Board of Licensure of Podiatric Medicine, the Board of Pharmacy and the Board of Dental Examiners utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
