	Provides an appropriation of $208,499 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $102,372 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the state share of total MaineCare costs of $593,170 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $292,408 per year thereafter, assuming 217 MaineCare reimbursable homes, an estimated first year equipment cost of $2,050 per facility, ongoing equipment maintenance costs of $250 per facility per year and ongoing training costs of $1,500 per facility per year.  Additional costs to the state for non-MaineCare reimbursable homes cannot be determined at this time.
