Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation temporarily (effective through December 31, 2011) reduces the Zone 1 sea urchin license fee and will result in a reduction in General Fund revenue of $3,264 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $6,527 in fiscal years 2010-11 and 2011-12.  The legislation also creates a new category of hand fishing scallop and hand fishing sea urchin license with tender activities which will result in a reduction of General Fund revenues of $401 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $802 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11.
