An Act To Require the State To Provide Bonita Rogan with Health Insurance Benefits
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Bonita Rogan to receive health insurance benefits. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 285, subsection 1-A, Bonita Rogan is eligible as a retiree for a group health plan under Title 5, section 285.
SUMMARY
This bill makes Bonita Rogan eligible for a group health plan as a retired employee of the State.
