An Act Concerning Late Rent Fee Charges in Residential Tenancies
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 14 MRSA §6028, sub-§1, as enacted by PL 1987, c. 215, is amended to read:
1. Late payment. A payment of rent is late if it is not made within 15 7 days from the time the payment is due.
