Resolve, Directing the Department of Transportation To Install a Flashing Light in Charleston

Sec. 1. Traffic light. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall install a flashing red and yellow traffic signal in the 4-way intersection where Route 11A, Charleston Road and Main Road, intersects with School Road and Atkinson Road in Charleston. The flashing yellow lights must be facing the traffic on Route 11A and the flashing red lights must be facing School Road and Atkinson Road.
