	This amendment will have no net effect on General Fund appropriations and revenue and a balanced budget is maintained for the 2008-2009 biennium.
	This amendment will not affect the total state and local cost of K-12 education or the State's contribution to that cost.  This amendment will affect the distribution of state subsidy to local school administrative units with school administrative units that are minimum receiver units receiving approximately $6.5 million in additional state subsidy in fiscal year 2008-09 and those school administrative units that are not minimum receiver units receiving $6.5 million less.
