	The bill could result in increased savings to the MaineCare program.  The amount of these savings cannot be determined at this time and will be affected by similar initiatives included in PL 2007, c. 240, the 2008-2009 biennial budget.  The costs to the Department of Health and Human Services of implementing this bill can be absorbed utilizing existing budget resources.
