| Potential current biennium cost increase - General Fund | ||||||
| Fiscal Detail and Notes | ||||||
| This bill could increase costs for all state agencies. For example, the Department of Administrative and Financial Services has 121 part-time employees in grade 22 or above who are currently ineligible for overtime by contract and who could be paid a minimum of 3 hours for each time called regardless of hours worked. There are also other part-time workers who, althought they are eligible for overtime, do not get a minimum of 3 hours. Statewide this could be a substantial cost increase. | ||||||
