	Provides a base allocation in the event that funds are received for the ongoing operational costs of the comprehensive cancer screening, detection, and prevention program.  The additional costs to the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the Department of Health and Human Services to establish this program can be absorbed utilizing existing budget resources.
