| Due to the circumstances of different property acquisitions conducted by the Bureau of Parks and Lands within the Department of Conservation, including the need to sell parcells of land in advance of new acquisitions, requiring that the total number of acres of public lands open for hunting may not decrease below a certain level may result in increased costs to the General Fund and to Other Special Revenue Funds. The amount of any increased cost will depend on the circumstances of particular land transactions and can not be determined at this time. | ||||||
