Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Emergency Services Communication Bureau within the Public Utilities Commission of $118,500 annually beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 and ending in fiscal year 2010-11 for the maintenance of the Waterville Public Safety Answering Point.  There is a sufficient fund balance within the E-9-1-1 fund to cover the additional rulemaking and required maintenance costs.
