	The additional costs associated with directing each state department to report the results of its evaluation to reduce its operation by 7% to the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services by a date that is consistent with the supplemental budget process can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.   As the bill requires only evaluation and reporting, the fiscal note makes no comment on the effects of implementation, including potential savings.
