	The additional costs associated with directing each state department to report the results of its evaluation to reduce its operation by 4% to the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services by December 15, 2007 will be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.  As the bill requires only evaluation and reporting, the fiscal note makes no comment on the effects of implementation, including potential savings.
