Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment decreases the General Fund cost of the bill by $18,259,330 in fiscal year 2007-08 and increases the General Fund cost of the bill by $18,259,330 in fiscal year 2008-09.  Based on available balances, a balanced budget is maintained.
	This amendment decreases allocations to the Fund for a Healthy Maine and increases transfers from the Fund for a Healthy Maine, resulting in no net change to Fund for a Healthy Maine balances in the 2008-2009 biennium.
