Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment adjusts General Fund appropriations and Highway Fund allocations for the State Police program to reflect a 66% funding share for the General Fund and a 34% funding share from the Highway Fund.  In addition,  this amendment transfers funds from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to cover the additional General Fund expenses resulting from the shift in funding percentages for the State Police program.  A balanced General Fund budget is maintained for the 2008-2009 biennium.
