Fiscal Detail and Notes
The net impact of adjusting certain fees charged by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is an increase of General Fund revenue collected by the department of an estimated $657,469 in fiscal year 2007-08 and of $1,095,781 in each fiscal year thereafter.  These same changes will also increase dedicated revenue collected by the department for the Snowmobile Enforcement Fund.  Beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 the estimated annual increase is $4,838.  These changes will also increase dedicated revenue collected by the Department of Conservation for the Snowmobile Trail Fund and the ATV Recreation Management Fund.  Beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 the estimated annual amounts are $51,838 and $27,632, respectively for each fund.
