| The Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $131,815 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the costs of producing specialty farm registration plates. Authorization of these plates will increase Highway Fund revenue by $2,820 in fiscal year 2007-08 and by $1,419 for each fiscal year thereafter. | ||||||
