Amend the bill by inserting after section 31 the following:
‘Sec. 32. Implementation. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a school administrative unit, as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A, section 1, subsection 26, is not required to implement the provisions of this Act until May 1, 2010.’
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
