An Act To Provide Firearms Safety Instruction for Adolescents
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §4730 is enacted to read:
§ 4730. Firearms safety
A secondary school shall provide firearms safety instruction as part of the course of study.
