An Act To Extend Eligibility for the Trade-in Credit to All Trailers
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1765, sub-§8, as enacted by PL 1987, c. 402, Pt. A, §180, is amended to read:
8. Trailers. Livestock trailers, including horse trailers Trailers as defined in Title 10, section 1432, subsection 20; or

This bill extends the eligibility for the trade-in credit to all trailers.
