Resolve, To Assist Veterans in Need of Shelter

Sec. 1. Maine State Housing Authority and homeless veterans. Resolved: That the Maine State Housing Authority shall, with input from the Department of Veterans Affairs, assess the need for and placement of housing and shelter throughout the State for veterans of the United States Armed Forces who are homeless; and be it further

Sec. 2. Prioritization of projects. Resolved: That the Maine State Housing Authority is directed to prioritize its projects to develop plans and financing to provide housing and shelter for homeless veterans of the State in cooperation with other public and private, national, state, regional and local agencies.
