Resolve, To Extend Fall Fishing Opportunities

Sec. 1. Fall catch-and-release season established. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall adopt rules to establish a catch-and-release fishing season for the months of October and November in all stocked moving waters of the State. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
